Coach Rivera’s love for fitness started at an early age with team sports. He grew up playing baseball, wrestling, water polo and volleyball. His passion for fitness stems from his own personal fitness journey of once weighing 270lbs. and feeling lesser than. He offers personalized one-on-one, semi-private and group training to help clients achieve their goals. He also work with athletes who are looking to become better, faster and stronger. Whether you’re inexperienced with exercise, in a more advanced stage of training /sport, or just coming back from an injury, Coach Rich will use his expertise and experience to provide you with optimized training that aims to ensure clients know how to properly perform exercises, enhance performance in desired activities/sport and improve quality of life to assist you in obtaining your health and fitness goals.
Rich also volunteers as the Chaplain for the local Police Department in his community and coaches local youth sports.
