She was inspired by her own journey of over 70lbs of weight loss, which led her to become a personal trainer. She believes in the power of fitness and how it not only heals our body physically but mentally. Michelle is NASM & TRX Certified, specializing in weight loss, muscle gain, athletic training and conditioning. She is also a mother of two boys and Loves coaching their Little League.
