How It Works
Welcome to the NXTLVL 6 Week Summer Challenge! First of all, CONGRATULATIONS on making the right choice to become a strong-and-healthier you. In your NXTLVL Journal, you will be given a week by week breakdown on what to expect of the 6-week challenge. You will be asked to login your weight and body fat on a weekly basis. You will also be given an area where you can login your food intake, exercise and activities. At the end of every week, you will be asked a few questions to give perspective to your coaches and yourself about how you did that week of the NXTLVL 6 Week Summer Challenge.
Remember that we will be measuring the most percentage of body fat and weight loss at the end of the 6 week challenge. Losing weight is not going to guarantee you a victory to win, it must also include body fat lost. We will be giving 6 points for every percentage of body fat lost and 3 points for every percentage of weight lost. This ensures that the winner of the contest is truly fit.
We will provide you with all of the coaches’ phone numbers, so you may call or text any of them for questions or even motivation. Don’t hesitate to schedule a meeting with any of the coaches if you need extra help. Coaches will be giving special classes to contestants and will be announces in the classes.
